Raymond H. Neri Park opened its new facilities February 7, 2026, according to Pinellas County. The address is 4300 Duval Park Boulevard.
The county lists a playground, fitness course, dog park, picnic shelters, restrooms and trail work among the project’s improvements. These are practical additions for families, people walking their dogs and neighbors looking for somewhere to spend an afternoon.
The place has a longer history than the latest construction. It opened as Joe’s Creek Greenway Park in 2005 and was renamed in 2018 for Lealman civic leader Raymond H. Neri.
The county lists federal recovery money, Penny for Pinellas and a recreation grant administered by the state among the funding sources. Its construction record is marked complete.
Before a visit, check the county’s park information for current hours and facility access. Parks staff are the contact for maintenance concerns. The condition of the park in everyday use deserves attention, too.
